This 6-week course is suitable for beginners to intermediates looking at improving specific wheel techniques. You will learn about preparing clay, throwing shapes on the wheel, how to trim and glaze them. You will have your own hand made pots to take home.

Develop your wheel forming skills over 8 x 2.5 hour weekly classes suitable for beginners and intermediates. We will improve specific techniques forming, finishing and use of oxide slips Class includes instruction to guide you through the processes of construction.

Decoration Skill Series:
February - March 2027
This class series includes 8 x 2 hour weekly classes, focusing on decoration and surface development. You will be guided through the techniques of handles, oxide washes, slips and shellac resist. You can bring work to class at a leather hard stage.
