Water Curtain Spray Booth

The water curtain spray booth captures material across four water surfaces. This reduces exposure to silicate, oxide dust and the use of dry filters.

The plumbing hardware, frame and wet surfaces are fabricated in stainless steel. The tank is fitted with a float inlet valve for easy filling. Water circulates up to the jet arms and is sprayed down three internal walls. Glaze material settles and separates in the upper tray from the water tank. The systems water can be discharged and the wet glaze slurry collected. The booth is supplied on castors for portability and easy cleaning, an under shelf to house items like a compressor and includes a 60W LED light and four power outlets. The design affords a large working area, low noise and ensures glaze over spray remains wet.
